Hairdresser – Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairdresser, located in Negombo. The Hairdresser will be responsible for performing various hair styling tasks, including cutting, coloring, and treating hair. Other day-to-day tasks include providing hair care advice, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring that the salon environment is clean and welcoming.
The Hairdresser will also be expected to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Hair Cutting
• Knowledge of Cosmetology practices and techniques
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time efficiently
• Relevant certifications in Hairdressing or Cosmetology are a plus
• Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred
