Job Summary

The Sales Team position supports property sales functions by managing new client interactions, driving lead generation activities, and coordinating sales processes efficiently. The role ensures prompt customer follow-ups, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and maintain a strong market presence.

Responsibilities

• Achieving stipulated sales targets by identifying prospective clients through various lead generation methods, engaging walk-ins and site visitors, and tapping into new customer segments via activations and partnerships with banks, corporates, and community networks.
• Coordinating with supporting teams to arrange necessary documentation and ensure timely completion of agreements and compliance processes.
• Delivering high-quality and responsive post-sales services by addressing customer queries promptly ensuring smooth communication between relevant parties.
• Maintaining accurate and updated data on all prospects, preparing monthly reports on lead generation performance for effective tracking and analysis.
• Representing the brand during on-site and off-site activations, ensuring all customer interactions reflect company standards.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to maintain a strong understanding of assigned projects and supporting on-ground campaigns to source new leads effectively.

Qualifications

• 2- 3 years of experience in a sales role or a role of a similar capacity.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing/ Economics/Business Management and relevant field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
