Wadak.lk is expanding, and we’re looking for a Service Coordinator to help manage and organize our grass cutting services around Negombo.
About the Role: Service Coordinator
• Work on-demand (not a full-time or fixed part-time position)
• Coordinate workers via phone and WhatsApp
• Occasionally arrange and transport employees to job sites (company bike provided)
• Mostly work from home; site visits only when needed
Who We’re Looking For:
• Based in or near Negombo
• Friendly, respectful, and polite (must treat employees and customers with care — no blaming or shouting)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, with the ability to manage small teams
• Able to use a smartphone and basic apps
