Job Summary

The Production Officer will manage pharmaceutical production operations, ensure adherence to GMP and GDP standards, monitor machinery, coordinate with departments, and maintain accurate production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all process equipment.

• Prepare BMR, BPR, SOPs related to production.

• Coordinate with QC/QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth functioning.

• Maintain online documentation, GMP, and GDP in area.

• Maintain compliance/Aftercare on shop floor with respect to Standard procedures.

• Ensure the shift, daily, weekly, and monthly production plan schedule adheres as per the supply plan from the respective department.

• Conduct periodic process checks of granulation, tablet compression manufacturing, and packing.

• Perform validation protocol execution of machineries, equipment, and process.

• Improve and monitor efficiencies of machineries, materials, and people against industry best practices.

• Maintain daily production report and comparison of actual vs planned to achieve production KPIs and analyze deviations, taking corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Degree in BPharm or Chemistry

• Minimum 01 year experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating from a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company

• Competent in equipment qualifications, validations and maintain relevant documents (DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, PV, CV)

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Ability to work long working hours
