Job Summary

This role manages customer accounts and drives sales for Microsoft and cloud solutions. The Account Manager delivers strong client servicing, generates new business, and tailors technology solutions to match customer needs. The role requires consistent client engagement and the ability to meet sales targets while contributing to ongoing business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships
• Generating and nurturing leads

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction, with a proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring exceptional client experience at all levels.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and sales strategies to identify and grow business opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions effectively and engage with diverse teams and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and a results-oriented approach to performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft CSP and cloud solutions is an advantage.
