Job Summary

This role requires a motivated individual who can engage customers, support sales operations, and uphold the brand’s high service standards. The position focuses on driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and building strong client relationships in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with customers, creating a positive and lasting impression.
• Sales Generation: Drive sales initiatives and contribute to the achievement of revenue targets through effective selling strategies.
• Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
• Merchandising and Visual Presentation: Contribute to the aesthetic appeal of the store by actively participating in merchandising and maintaining an attractive visual presentation.
• Product Knowledge: Stay well-versed in the product offerings, ensuring the ability to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers.
• Operational Support: Provide essential operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales environment.

Qualifications

• A candidate with a passion for combining exceptional customer service and sales.
• Ability to work from Monday to Sunday on roster basis.
• Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• An outgoing and positive attitude, coupled with confidence.
• A passion for continuous learning, personal growth, and adaptability.
• Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
• A deep love for fashion and an eye for style is highly desirable.
