• Proven ability in client servicing and ensuring client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication
• Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and inspire a high-performing team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
• Proven experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
