Job Summary

The Factory Manager oversees complete manufacturing operations while ensuring continuous productivity, safety, and high-quality output. The role requires strong leadership and coordination across production teams to meet operational and organizational goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all factory operations — planning, scheduling, and production control.
• Supervise teams across machining, welding, and assembly sections to meet production targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, cost, and safety standards.
• Drive productivity improvements through Industrial Engineering methods and effective workflow management.
• Manage resources, manpower, and machinery maintenance.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for order fulfillment.
• Prepare and present production reports to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a mechanical/manufacturing environment with 4+ years in a managerial role.
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, waste reduction, and continuous improvement methods (5S, Kaizen).
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP, or production software.
• Sound understanding of IT and modern production management systems.
