Job Summary

You will lead brand development and PR initiatives to strengthen Luxe Colombo’s identity, manage media relations, and drive communication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also monitor campaign performance and refine PR approaches to support growth and brand reputation.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the Luxe Colombo brand identity

• Managing public relations initiatives

• Building strong relationships with media outlets

• Drafting press releases

• Overseeing media interactions

• Ensuring a consistent and positive brand image across all channels

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize effective communication and promotional campaigns

• Reporting regularly on campaign performance and PR impact

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Press Releases and Media Relations

• Expertise in Public Relations and Strategic Communications

• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with media and other external stakeholders

• Proficient at developing and executing effective branding strategies

• Experience in analyzing and reporting on communication and PR campaign performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• Knowledge of Sri Lanka’s media and market landscape is highly advantageous
