Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Retail manages retailer relationships, oversees store operations, supports tenant engagement, and ensures consistent communication and operational excellence within the assigned retail environment.
Responsibilities

Retailer / Tenant Relationship Management & Engagement:
• Maintain effective communication with retail partners.
• Collect and analyze feedback from retail partners on their business indices.
• Build and sustain lasting relationships with retail partners.
• Organize retailer celebrations and events. -
Operational Support:
• Conduct first meets, fit out/renovation meets, and mall familiarization meets as needed.
• Organize anchor meets and business review meets on monthly basis.
• Address and resolve issues through problem-solving meets as required. -
Store Operations:
• Collect and analyze monthly sales data for trading density analysis.
• Ensure compliance with mall regulations and maintain uniformity.
• Update the retailer/tenant database regularly to track hierarchy changes.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for retailer participation in mall events. -
Retailer Delight:
• Conduct research to understand retailer satisfaction and delight scores.
• Organize annual huddles to meet key personnel and enhance business relationships.
• Collect and analyze retailer feedback forms on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the retail sector.
• Preferably experience in tenant or retailer relations.
