Job Summary

The Business Development Intern supports growth initiatives through market research, lead generation, proposal preparation, and client outreach, gaining exposure to business and technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging technology trends.
• Assist in lead generation using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.
• Support email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns under the guidance of the BD Manager.
• Help prepare sales decks, proposals, and case studies customized for potential clients.
• Track and update leads, pipelines, and activities in CRM tools.
• Attend client and partner meetings to take notes and follow up on action points.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand Expernetic’s products and translate them into business value for prospects.
• Research competitors and market positioning to support BD strategy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong interest or background in technology, digital solutions, or IT consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Analytical mindset with basic understanding of business models and go-to-market strategies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
