Job Summary

The Junior Business Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting client coordination, proposal preparation, and marketing initiatives. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations and meaningful client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and manage communications.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and content creation.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Track and report on client interactions, proposals, and marketing outcomes.
• Maintain CRM databases and ensure accurate project documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to business and management teams.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business coordination, client service, or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
• Prior exposure to the tech industry is an added advantage.
