Job Title: Production Executive
Company: ACL CABLES PLC (The pioneer and the largest Cable Manufacture in Sri Lanka, with Group turnover in excess of Rs. 18 Billion.)
Location: Factory Complex, Batakettara, Madapatha, Piliyandala.
Job Type: Full-time (Implied)
Role Summary:
Take charge of the shift and achieve desired outcomes by ensuring a smooth running of the entire production process and managing the production team.
Key Areas:
- Organize work flow, assign responsibilities and provide instruction to employees.
- Set objectives, targets and communicate them to relevant personnel.
- Monitor production output and ensure product conformance.
- Oversee employee’s performance and make recommendation to management.
- Maintain records and documentations in conformance with quality standards.
- Strictly enforce safety guidelines and standards.
- Educate employees on use and care of machinery and equipment.
Candidate Profile:
- Ideal age threshold be 30 or below and Prefer male candidates.
- HND/NDES/NDT or NVQ (Dip. level) /production related qualifications.
- Experience as a Production Executive/Supervisor would be an Added Advantage.
- Possess good people management and problem solving skills.
- Be proactive, take initiative, work independently and a willingness to learn.
- Willing to work shifts and extended hours when needed.
- Possess good leadership qualities driven by responsibility.
- Knowledge in using MS Office, Google apps such as email, etc.
- Working level of written and oral English communication skills.
